Sure-Grip, No-Slip Handles: The padded handles have been designed to allow you to work comfortably all day without stress or slipping. This makes steering/using the pallet easier and less cumbersome.

Double Reinforced Pivot System: Ensures extra strength at the base of the handle with a double-reinforced spring pivot system built in. This is the area that endures the most force during normal operation. Most pallet jacks are not equipped to handle the day to day abuses that will be dealt out over the course of many years of use.

Zerk Grease Fittings: All pivots are equipped with zerk grease fittings to keep your pallet jack running smoothly and without a hitch. Use a standard grease gun to add lubrication to your pallet jacks joints. Most other pallet jacks require disassembly to maintain them. Slowing your staff, warehouse and profits.

Handle Release System Trigger: Made with heavy-gauged chain instead of cables. Cables can often come undone from their fittings and are a pain to replace, but the chain will not because it is linked together.

No-Scuff ABS Wheels: The anti-scuff wheels are designed to prevent damage to your floors as you move heavy items with your pallet jack. Many companies have to move pallets across showroom floors, waxed floor, tile and other type of floorings. Typical wheels are only good for warehouse conditions but because of our ABS wheels no marks will be left inside making transporting product easier and far more efficient to the correct location.

Extended Ergonomic Neck: Long handle so you don't have to slouch to use the pallet jack. Old style pallet jacks never had long enough handles for a good ergonomic walking positions, why else did they call the work "back breaking"?

Secondary Release Pedal: A release pedal is located on the pivot next to the spring. This allows you to step on the pedal and release your load if your hands are not free or if the handle is in a hard-to-reach position.

3 Position Handle Release:It has a position for lifting, dropping and neutral travel. Many leave out the neutral and then while pulling or pushing the fluctuations in the position of the handle will either raise or lower your load unexpectedly.

Flexible Pivot: Pulley can pivot over 180 degrees, making it easier for you to steer more accurately. Tight spaces and turning on a dime are a necessity in a crowded warehouse.
