Manufacturer Warranty

Titan warrantees all parts and labor of their pallet jacks for 1 year from date of purchase. This warranty applies to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

The warranty applies only to defects in components and workmanship and not to damage due to causes beyond the control of Titan such as, but not limited to, damages caused by incorrect voltage, lightning damage, damages caused by mechanical shock, water damage, fire damage, damage arising out of abuse and improper application of the equipment, or any acts of nature. The customer is responsible for shipping during the 1 year warranty period.

Pallets on the Go Extended Warranty

Web Direct Brands, Inc., parent corporation of Pallets on the Go, warrantees all parts of the Titan Pallet Jacks for a period of 4 years after the manufacturer's 1 year warranty expires. The warranty applies to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

The warranty applies only to defects in components and workmanship and not to damage due to causes beyond the control of Pallets on the Go such as, but not limited to, damages caused by incorrect voltage, lightning damage, damages caused by mechanical shock, water damage, fire damage, damage arising out of abuse and improper application of the equipment, or any acts of nature. The customer is responsible for shipping and labor during the 4 year extended warranty period.

To Address A Warranty Issue

To address any warranty issue, please call 1-800-496-6383 from 9am-5pm EST, Monday through Friday, to receive technical assistance. If an evaluation is deemed necessary, the technical assistant will provide a Return Authorization (RA) number to send the product or component in for evaluation. All RA items must be returned with the RA number on the outside of the package, and with pre-paid postage.
